The Cast Iron Skillet Pan brings high-heat searing and roasting to your Ooni pizza oven. Use it for skillet cookies, roasted vegetables, steaks, eggs, cornbread and more, then serve straight from the pan.
Made from heavy cast iron, it holds heat well and works in your Ooni pizza oven, a conventional oven, on gas, electric or induction hobs, over an open flame or on a barbecue grill. It comes pre-seasoned, with a removable handle for safe handling in and out of the oven.

Care
- Hand wash once cool.
- Dry fully and store in a dry place.
- Re-season with oil from time to time to keep the surface in good condition.
- On induction hobs, lift the pan rather than sliding it, to avoid scratching the surface.
