Ooni Cast Iron Sizzler

The Cast Iron Sizzler Pan is made for high heat and serving straight from the oven to the table. Its shallow design is ideal for fajitas, vegetables, seafood and side dishes that need a good sear. The pan rests on a wooden serving board, so you can bring it to the table while it is still sizzling.

Built from heavy cast iron, it holds heat well and works in your Ooni pizza oven, a conventional oven, on gas, electric or induction hobs, over an open flame or on a barbecue grill.

Care

• Season the pan with oil before first use.
• Hand wash only.
